Clean Eating Pumpkin Pie

So of course almost everyone loves pumpkin pie and when fall hits it makes me think of eating pumpkin pie.  But if 80% of losing weight is what I eat I don't want to blow all my hard work in a piece of pie.  Well this recipe give you that same great taste of pumpkin pie with out all the fat.
Clean Eating Pumpkin Pie




Ingredients:
Pie Filling
2 cups of canned pumpkin
4 egg whites
1/2 cup of agave
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
1 1/2 cups of almond milk

Pie Crust:
1 cup of ground almonds
3/4 cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup on the light side of coconut oil  its better to start with a little less and then add more if needed
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 of agave
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:
Pre heat oven to 425 degrees
Combine all pie crust ingredients and mix well and roll out on a flour surface to form you pie crust.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well for pie filling, then place in your crust and bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees and then reduce to 350 for 45 minutes.
