Would I make a good beachbody coach?

Would I make a good beachbody coach?

Ever test drive a car? Right we all have it’s a great way to see if it would be a good fit. You see others that have the same car and they are always talking about how nice it rides and all the great features it has.

Well I’m inviting yo...
u to test drive being a beachbody coach. I will be offering a 5 day sneak peek into what a beachbody coach does (starts tomorrow), how to get started, how much time it takes, what it takes to be successful, different walks of life, what the company stands for, how to live your life by design, the best part about test driving a car if it does not seem like a good fit then you get back into your car and drive away.
Would I make a good beachbody coach?

Scenario #1- this is the car you’re driving right now-you hate your job!! The thought of tomorrow starting another “work week” kills you, you hate your job....every morning you wake up wishing you were waking up to your dreams, staying home with your kids, or just able to SLEEP IN and not drive an hour to work in traffic...but instead you do the same thing day in and day out. You are stuck in a routine; working for someone else...this is not at all what you pictured. By the end of the day you wish you had energy and could do more in life then what is left in that small window of time. But unfortunately you have no time left in your day; you must shower, eat dinner, and hit your bed to do it all over again the next day.

Scenario #2 you are a stay at home mom, you feel as though you have no purpose. You are a giving person and seem to be that everyone comes first. You feel as though your husband works like a dog, but there are only so many hours in a day and you so desperately want to help contribute financially to what you picture your life being 5 years from now but still want the ability to stay at home.

Does either of these fit the “car” you drive right now?

What if your “car” was closer to these options-?

-Financially Fit
-Physically Fit
-Helping others
-Part time work
-Work from home....
This is all possible. It is within reach, and you are able to achieve your dreams, help your family, and help others all at the same time.

PiYo week 2 meal plan

PiYo week 2 meal plan

PiYo week 2 meal plan

It’s Sunday and it’s that time of the week!  What do I mean by that?  Well it’s that time to give my body a rest, a time for my muscles to relax, a time to reflect on the week, a time to think about what to eat for the next week(meal planning), a time to stop and be thankful for a healthy family, a time to thank God for a day of rest.

How many times do you spend most days reacting to everything thrown your way?  I know it happens and trust me I catch myself every now and again putting the brakes on midweek and reminding myself it’s the little things in life that matter.  We live in a world of always dealing with the “gravel”.  What do I mean by that we are never really productive and moving forward on the things that truly matter in life rather we focus in nonsense things that truly do not need out attention.  My goal for this week beyond a meal plan and entering into week 2 of PiYo is to do just that.  It’s the 4th of July this week and my goal is going to be just that put my focus on family, friends, relationships, and set all the mumbo jumbo aside and truly enjoy these simple times in life.  It’s hard to believe looking into my little boy’s eyes he will be three in 2 months!!  I know as new moms they always say time goes by so fast enjoy it.  Well every night for the last 3 years trying to put Clint to sleep in less than an hour time frame seems like time stood still.  But looking at these two pictures all those people were right it goes quick.  My baby girl is using the “big girl potty” the thought of saying good bye to diapers excites me to say the least.  It felt like I would be breastfeeding forever in the moment now it’s kind of a distant time in my life.
Being a mom

Being a mom

So any who!!  Back to week 2 of Piyo even with a holiday I plan on success how I do so.  By just that I spend time each Sunday planning ahead.  Now this meal plan has a few holes for sure due to the holiday I’m not sure if we will sneak out of town or not.  BUT regardless I will head to the grocery store today and prep for the week just as if it was a normal week.  It’s not enough to just burn calories healthy bodies are made in the kitchen and go from there.

I’m looking forward to a new workout schedule this week with PiYo, I can say my hands need to be strengthen in the first week I notice my wrist being tender this is normal and Chalene explains that within the workout.  Our body needs and wrist in general need to be exposed to more flexibility and strength training.

PiYo meal plan

PiYo meal plan

YES  5 days in to PiYo, my thoughts?  Well first let me tell you how I’ve been using PiYo.  I love running and time has always been an issue because my husband leaves very early in the morning for work so to get a long run in, it just does not work.  Plus every time I set out to run I end up way too tight with my muscles because I hate stretching yes I know how important it is but I never stretch deep enough or long enough.  So for me I’m doing shorter runs just 20 minutes in the morning and then returning how to do PiYo.   This is working out great I also have a heal spur that acts up as well (due to not stretching enough) but with incorporating the two workouts together it’s a win win!! I truly love the low impact this workout would be great for a beginner, cardio junkies, runners, someone that had been injury in the last year and is cleared to workout again.

PiYo meal plan

I’m a BIG Chalene Johnson fan to beginning with her program ChaLean Extreme is what I first started out with and still love to this day.  I truly like her instructions with each move it’s given in great detail and explained very well.  She is so encouraging as well with taking care of your body in a proper way with healthy workouts, fueling your body with great nutrition, and setting an example to your family.  How many times have you set out to work out and the instructor is not what you thought or you end up muting the TV because you would rather hear music?  Not with Chalene you will want to listen to everything she has to say while doing this program.  The program is 60 days long also comes with a great nutritional guide to follow.  She talks about how important drinking shakeology daily is and why it’s important to drink it for your health beyond weight loss. As a busy mom shakeology is perfect its quick, simple, and easy to take on the go.

PiYo meal plan

Eating clean does not mean needing to spend 3 hours in the kitchen.  Here is a very simple yet fun recipe-

30 seconds to cut cherry tomatoes in half, 30 seconds to cute fresh mozzarella cheese, sprinkle basil, throw it in the over for 3-4 minutes at 400 d...
egrees There you have it either serve on whole wheat crackers or topped your salad with it.

Make as many or as little as you like.

PiYo meal plan

So here is what my meal plan looks like for the first week of PiYo.  I’m not starving myself I truly eat clean, eating smaller portions, eating every 2.5 to 3 hours a day to fuel my body.  I know the thought of going on a “diet” sounds horrible right?  I hate starving but the truth is if you’re eating the proper foods you won’t be starving.  When doing a meal plan I will take my grocery list head to the store that way the food is purchased, prepped and ready for the week.  This bad boy hands on the fridge allowing me to not have to think about what is for dinner because the plan has already been made.

PiYo meal plan

So what’s next a great new program, you reading this wanting to make a change but scared to death of failing at one more attempt of getting healthy.  What normally is missing from say a gym membership or just using bulky equipment that you own in the basement?  Motivation someone pushing you to finish the program, a place to stay connected plugged into.  I offer free challenge groups to all my customers why?  Because it’s not enough to just offer a great workout.  It’s being there (by a closed facebook group) on the good and bad days.  Trust me I’m a mom just like you that sometimes stress eats cause the kids are going crazy all day.  But together we have a place to turn because someone else in the group might be having a similar day.

What is a challenge group in simple terms?
What I do is help you customize your health and fitness goals to meet your needs. Then I help you choose the best Beachbody workout to get there based on your ability level. Then you replace 1 meal a day with shakeology for the next 60 days to give your body 1 meal that is supercharged with ingredients that will give you natural energy, cravings will be curbed, you will stay full for at least 3 hours and its equivalent to 6 salads in one meal. Then, I am going to teach you how to plan the other meals of the day. I will help you create a customized meal plan, give you recipes, snack ideas, tips, motivation and keep you accountable. Every day I post in the challenge group your daily mind set tip or post. You check in and rate your date and read what is posted. We all keep each other accountable!
I am going to address the emotional eating, eating out at restaurants, going on vacation, temptations, cheat meals, body image and more!
I've created an entire curriculum for my group!  This group last 60 days long maybe PiYo is something you would like to try or you already purchased it and want additional support.  Or maybe you would like to do a different program.  If you would like to be a part of my next up coming challenge group fill out this application and we can work together to see if this is a good fit.

Summit 2014

Summit 2014

WOW what an adventure the last 5 days at Beach body annual summit trip was.  I remember last year being in the middle of my transformation and watching my coach have a blast while being at summit.  So I decided this was a MUST for traveling and growing my beach body business.  Now let’s back up a little bit so you know more about myself I’m an introvert and would rather spend my time with just a few close friends vs 9,000 coaches.  Come to find out introverts make the best coaches!!  Also I only every was on a plane one other time when I was 15 years old with my parents.  So to venture out leave my kids and husband behind was also a big deal.  But I was willing to grow as a person and gain knowledge from this trip.

Summit 2014

What I did not realize was all the friendships that would be built stronger from other coaches on our team and meet more amazing people than I ever imagined.  Girls scare me!!  Why?  Because I hate drama these last 5 days had zero drama rather woman lifting other woman up.

Summit 2014

I feel so blessed to be able to work hand in hand with beachbody that truly wants to be the helping hand in obesity.  I sat in the seat hearing the goals and bench marks within the company for the next 3 years.  I know my time invested with this company is well worth it.  The amount of new products that will be launched over the next few months is amazing starting with the release of PiYo by Chalene Johnson, and is now live to order.  How year after year for the last 7 years the company sees an increase in around 52% growth.  That is something to calibrate. Why?  Steading growth is way more important than a quick jump to the top.  Most MLM companies with big increases all too often end in big decreases.  I love the fact that the company is truly interested in the customer and wanting them to have results.  Having the chance to spend 5 days in Vegas was an opportunity of a life time as well.

Summit 2014

We had 2 full days of workshops on learning from other successful coaches within the company.  I enjoyed being able to take bits and pieces from them and apply it to my business.  Also the LIVE workouts with the celebrating coaches each morning was out of this work.  Talk about motivation to give it all you got while working out with such a large group of other fit moms and dads.  The chance to be recognized within the company as well was a great feeling.  The invitation only parties for hard work put in was nice with a private party ended with fireworks.
Summit 2014

Also being able to support a team member that is in the middle of cancer, by working out in purple to show support for a mom and wife that at the hardest point in her life she has support to get thru the good and bad days.

Summit 2014

I really wish everyone could experience being surrounded by a group of amazing people that found their purpose in life.
I truly was doing life like most being a stay at home mom, traditional business owner, and wife. I never wanted to sell anyone anything but rather share my store and see if I could change just one person’s life. Sure people told me shakeology cost too much or they would start a challenge group and not finish BUT what I did know was I had something amazing and with not giving up at the first bump I stuck with it.
Live life on purpose and surrounded yourself with like-minded people.
Summit 2014

My why is to help others and at the same time this business is allowing our family the chance to live life extraordinary if you let it.  In the first year as a coach not only have I've been able to help a significant amount of people get healthy by stepping out of my comfort zone but also being able to take a 15 year mortgage that still had 14 years left on it and pay it off.  the cool thing is it's just the beginning.

My challenge to you dig deep into what your purpose in life is?  Are you living it?  Do you feel stuck in life (I did)?  Are you willing to commit to putting others first and being able to be taught what I've been shown to be successful?  Next summer I will be headed to Nashville will you join me?  Has it always been on your bucket list?

How to stay on track while traveling

How to stay on track while traveling

I'm excited to share with you my secrets on staying on track while traveling.  To be honest this was something I would of never done in the past rather look at vacation as a time to kick back over eat and go home feeling bloated.  I truly believe in life balance is everything and it’s very important to kick back and relax keep in mind all your hard work that went into getting you where ours.  Or maybe you’re at the beginning of your journey and truly want to stay on track even with very little time under your belt.  Our family is not one to travel much to be honest we own our own excavation business so time away is limited.  But this week I will be traveling to Vegas as a beachbody coach for their yearly Summit.

With that being said there is no better time than NOW to nail nutrition.  This trip will include live workouts will celebrating
trainers and also the release of PiYo

Oatmeal is super easy to pre pack and put in your carry on.  I portioned out 1/2 cup oatmeal into baggies, 1 tbsp flaxseed and wheat germ. Every hotel has hot water and fresh fruit to add to your oatmeal.

How to stay on track while traveling

These are my go to foods that will be easy to eat with not a lot prep involved and YES E&E will be needed on this trip.  What is E&E?  Nuts are an awesome way to  receive protein and healthy fat while traveling.

WATER!!!  YES a bottle of water that is easy to refill is so important I can't tell you how much money this will save.  This trip even with it just being me I will still be able to save money by refilling my water bottle.

How to stay on track while traveling

Exercising- If you are the type of person who travels frequently but still need to get some exercise then I recommend taking your laptop with you.   When you are committed to a program you must make do with what you have!  No EXCUSES!  With the technology these days there is no reason why you can't workout!  So to kick this trip off right workout in even with a jam packed day!!

How to stay on track while traveling

Alcohol -A huge part of eating out especially  when traveling is drinking!  It's so hard not to enjoy wine, beer and mixed drinks with others.  I'm not saying that you should never drink but you should decide if that dinner is going to be your cheat meal for the week.  Alcohol has a lot of excess sugar and empty calories.  So for starters limit your alcohol and for every drink that you have you are required to drink 1 full glass of water!  DEAL!!  This trip will be full of the chance to run progress out the door but making the choice in not "living in the moment" is key.

But what about eating out? When eating out restaurants always cook with high fat ingredients because it gives the food additional flavor.  But that always equals more calories!  So don't be afraid to ask for you veggies steamed without butter or your chicken sauteed or grilled plan!  Always ask for your salad dressing on the side and stay away from anything that is fried, cream based, smoother!  Don't be afraid to ask for your food to be prepared the way you want it!   Ask for the bread to be left in the kitchen, I mean its 2014 and as long as you go about asking for food to be prep a certain way coming across nice to the person that is waiting on you there is no reason why you can't eat out and eat healthy.

Being that is trip will be just me why not take advantage of some additional personal developmental.  Every try just 10 minutes a day of listening or reading material that enriches your life and adds value.  I dare you to try it for a month straight and see what happens.

How to stay on track while traveling

I'm not going to lie and tell you this is simple but what I can tell you is by having a plan and setting your mind straight on where you want to be even 3 months from now passing on the extra here and there while on the road will be worth it when you come home.  Happy vacation!!

Would I make a good beachbody coach?

Would I make a good beachbody coach?

I hear this all the time and truly as a one star diamond coach I think anyone can do this business.  First let me tell you a little bit about myself, I'm not a salesperson at all you will never catch me out handing out business cards to strangers and family member but rather if someone ask or I see someone that I might be able to help, I get to know more about the person just to see if beachbody does have something to offer that person.  So no what makes a great coach is not "selling stuff".

Would I make a good beachbody coach?

The people on the top are the only ones that make money, that's one of those "things".  My answer bahaha MLM businesses are brilliant in my point of view and of course they don't work if the person joining it not teachable.  I've been a coach now for 10 months and in the top 3% out of 180,000 coaches so.....nope you can jump in at any time and make a very good income.

I don't have time......My response how much time do you think it takes?  I truly built this business around my kids sleeping, being a traditional business owner and a husband gone most days for 14 hours.  It comes back to what your goals are and does your time allowed for coaching alien.  You can't expect to quiet your full time job and put 5 hours a week in for a month and think it's going to fall into your lap.  But rather if you can commit to 10-12 hours a week and being consistent you can also have success as well if you’re teachable.

Money is tight......Hello this is called opportunity I would think investing into creating a better tomorrow and helping others do the same is a great time to jump in.  I think when money is tight that is when character is built and will help you to jump in with two feet and make it work.

Would I make a good beachbody coach?

So what is my story?

Ever since I was a little girl I remember hearing the phrase “the bills are paid and there is no money left”. Now don’t get me wrong I grew up in a great family with parents that were present, a solid foundation in what is true, 40 aches to run on, and we always had enough. But I always knew I would not want a 9-5 job working for someone else. I wanted more flexibility with income and had a drive to be an entrepreneur. So of course when I married someone with the same dri...ve being traditional business owners was a must. Then shortly into that I found flexibility with time was not there…..I came into beachbody as a customer first and of course never wanting to pass on an opportunity I looked into what a coach does. I honestly was scared to death of failing but had a pit feeling in my stomach that this was a chance of a life time. I truly can say in the last 10 months I grew this business while my kids slept. I did not have to miss a thing with them. So many times we spend the first half of our lives building success and the second half looking to be significant what if you could intertwine the two as a coach. I’m no different than anyone else, it just started with a vision and direction in where I wanted to be a year from now and I stayed consistent. Did you grow up always knowing someday you would do something great with your life? Does your regular job not fill your cup and has you left wondering what your purpose in life it? As a stay at home mom are you wanting to contribute but not wanting to miss anytime with your kids?
Would I make a good beachbody coach?

What I do as a mom and said I would never do before having kids

What I do as a mom and said I would never do before having kids

being a good mom

Oh yes we all remember those days before having kids and seeing other moms and saying “oh I will never let my kids do that”.  This afternoon as I work from home and trying to find balance ALWAYS!!  I look around at the living room and back yard.  Let me paint a picture it is messy!!  I will pick up and have the kids help me pick up 3 times a day ok let’s be honest 2 times a day and in between those times it looks like a tornado happened.  Yes before kids I thought I would have a perfectly clean home without figure prints anywhere.  BUT life happens my husband calls me and at the drop of a hat things need done that leave the kids free to take over while I run a traditional business from home.  On top of that being a beach body coach also allows me to work from home to be clear I have the same 24 hours and had to give up on being a clean freak in order to reach goals I set for our family.
Being a good mom

Sleeping arrangements……Yep I will lay in bed with our almost 3 year old till he falls asleep and almost always end up back in his bed 2 more times before morning.  We have tried everything and truly this is just how we roll almost 3 years of not sleeping a full night but who is counting. Yes we have a room full of beds!!

Being a good mom

I bribe my kids!! Yep and even with a sucker sometimes!!  I’m human and sometimes in the moment I cave and give in. Nothing else to say other than I will do better next time?  I mean right you’re in the line at the grocery store (that is packed) and your child gives you the look of “I’m going to scream at the top of my lungs” if you say no to the sucker.

Being a good mom

The PHONE!!  Yes my husband and I both said NO electronic devices for our kids.  Yes I totally let Clint watch YouTube videos.  The random thing is he knows how to work it and find videos on excavators and the people are talking in a different language and he loves it!!  I turn the volume down!!

Being a good mom

Our car is a mess most times with shoes and extra socks.  Before kids I thought I would be a mom that would just tell the kids you have to wait and eat your snack when we get to where we are going…..yep they eat in the car….And the car reflects that!!

I truly thought as a stay at home mom I would run my days on my own time and the kids would just follow “my” schedule of a day….Yep everything  revolves around who got enough sleep, who needs a nap,  who is getting teeth and will be screaming all day (nothing gets done then), heck the list could go on and on BUT guess what this post needs to come to an end my husband called and needs me to send a quote and return a phone call….

Being a good mom

What are those things as a mom you said you would never before having kids of your own?  Post below or add me on Facebook I’m sure we would have a lot in common.

being a good mom

Always put a smile on even if its fake!!  I hear these are the days you will want to repeat and wish you could go back to????

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

I was ready to switch things up a bit this week when it came to meal planning.  I was in search of a new family recipe everyone would enjoy.  I'm a mom that also needs recipes the entire family can enjoy.  This one fits the bill!!  Enjoy

If your following the fix this would be:
1 red
1 green
1 blue

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

1 (10 oz.) package of fresh spinach leaves

½ cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup fresh mozzarella  cheese (or cheddar cheese)

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 skinless boneless breast halves pounded to 1/2" thick

1 pinch of black pepper

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place spinach in a large glass bowl, and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every minute or so, or until wilted. Stir in sour cream, pepper fresh mozzarella, and garlic.
Lay the chicken breasts out on a clean surface, and spoon some of the spinach mixture onto each one. Roll up chicken to enclose the spinach.  Secure with toothpicks, and arrange in a shallow baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes in the preheated oven, then increase heat to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C)

If you use cheddar cheese it will hold together a little better then fresh mozzarella.

21 day update

21 day update

Wow can I just say I’m happy to back to meal planning the last 21 days I did the ultimate reset that was mainly vegetarian I felt like a fish out of water.  I’m glad I did it and had my husband a long side of me as well.  I tried foods I would have never tried before and my husband (4 cups a day) went 21 days with only 1 cup of coffee.  With that being said I feel in a rut with eating and every time that happens I go and look for new recipes.  So on this meal plan you will see spinach stuffed chicken as well as quinoa chicken.  Of course as I make those recipes I will share on my blog with all of you.  I’m a little bit of a rebel with the reset, for the 21 days you are so post to rest and do very middle workouts.  I missed getting all sweaty from the morning workout and feeling like I earned my shower!!  So yes I did add in middle workouts but miss the high intense workouts.  With Vegas less than two weeks away this week will be doubles for the 21 day fix.  I just wanted to throw this into the mix till Chalene Johnson’s PiYo workout is released on June 23, 2014.

21 day fix meal plan

The fix workouts are great for any fitness level truly I feel.   The moves are simple but man do you feel them for the following 24 hours.  With each workout being 30 minutes long it’s perfect for those short on time.  I have a saying hanging in my basement “Either you find the time for FITNESS or you find the time for ILLNESS”.  Man does that get me out of bed even when the kids did not sleep all night.  I want to set a good example to the one’s I love around me.
21 day fix

This week in our personal life as well has been a roller coaster after being lead to believe we would be moving into the house of our dreams the owners are unwilling to sign the papers.  We are left with purchased furniture (that will not fit in our house) and left waiting and wondering WHY?  Guess what I don’t know why but what I do know is we will trust in God and his plan might not look like what we had planned or thought was lining up.  Aside from moving, our Excavation business is growing into more than we ever dreamed.  Just yesterday my husband came home and said “this is what we worked so hard for 3 crews working in the woods”.  So at the end of a week and a new week right around the corner we have so we have so many blessings and have truly everything we need even when the house feels a little small.

21 day fix

We did enjoy some down time at the beginning of this week as my husband’s schedule allow.  I’m so blessed to be able to choose when I work as a beachbody coach.  I simply put things aside and spent time as families I don’t know of a lot of jobs that are as amazing as this opportunity.
21 day fix

Today as we reflect and plan for a new week I’m excited of all the new things that will unfold.  With that being said I always want to do it all and have found time management to be my friend with entering this phase of my life.  It came to the point 2.5 months ago were my husband said something needed to change either I needed to stop being a beachbody coach or we no longer run Fledderman Excavating with myself being the owner.  I was crushed I love what I do and set out to get a handle on time management.  So along with meal planning me also started to make a schedule for my days!!  Life saver!!  Yes with our phones in our hands 24-7 it's hard to unplug but I've manage to stay on task and in the moment of whatever project I'm working on.  I did research on how successful people operate and that is one of the key components to success being in the moment and being present.  Also my time put into beachbody is going to look different then someone that just want to make an extra 500-1,000 a month.  I set out with big goals at the beginning of the year so I'm wiling to invest the time needed now to create more freedom for our family.

Ten Steps to Success

Ten Steps to success

For the past 2 months everything was lined up for us to move the only thing left was for the current owners to sign the papers.

Truly this is the property of our dreams that has been in the makings for 3 years. But it totally does not makes sense at all in this moment that we are not moving forward but rather than trying to make sense of nonsense we will choose to see that it was just not meant for right now and continue to have wait.
This is very hard for me...Yep even purchase furniture because i truly was under the impression that everything was falling into place and we would be moving this month.

Instead we are not... so two choices in life.... enjoy and be thankful no matter if the timing does not make sense or throw a pity party.
Choosing to be thankful

This book was just in my mail box today and both the kids took a later nap at the same time and for sure just what I needed to read. So I thought I would pull from what I learned and share with you.

Ten steps to success

Ten steps to Success

1.            See yourself succeeding- make a plan and a mental picture of yourself being successful.  Be specific, picture the setting, what you’re wearing, who else is present, and what you would be saying and doing. DON’T LET IT FADE!!  Keep looking at it every day!!  Your mind will try to complete what it pictures.  So only picture yourself succeeding never failing.  Take that successful picture yourself and put it on paper, the simple act of giving birth to the image of you “success story”.

2.            Cancel negative contractions- can’t, won’t, don’t whenever negative contraction comes to mind, immediately cancel it out.  Focus on the picture you drew of yourself succeeding and say positively “I can!!  I will!! I do!!”

3.            Deflate your obstacles and whip away trouble!!  When your obstacles seem fearfully large and looming let the air out of them.  Fear and worry are nothing more tangible than hot air!  When troubles come up in your life deal with it in an unemotional approach.  Refuse to give it more power than it deserves.   Turn on the wipers and watch it wipe away.  Who or what is in your way?  Let the hot air out and take the power of the obstacle away.  From now on, whenever you see this obstacle either in a person or in your mind, substitute and let the air out and move on.

4.            Don’t be awestruck by others-model them!!  Try to learn from and emulate the strengths you see in others.  Instead of viewing their accomplishments as are flection on your lack of achievement, use them as a model for your own success.

5.            Find a coach- enlists the help of someone with whom you can entrust your self-doubts to.  By asking them to help you bring your inner ghosts of inferiority to the surface, you will see those doubts and put them aside.

6.            Inventory what’s good about you!!  Trust in yourself and the things about you that are desirable and valuable to others, formulates a nonegoistic yet confident inner love for what you bring to the world that no one else has to offer.

7.            Perceive yourself as you wish others to see you- Your very own actions will cue others to the perception you wish to have them hold of you.  Speak bold and truth with confidence and others will see you have something to offer.

8.            Get the “imp” out of impossible!!  Instead read it as I’m possible.  By getting off your butt and taking the small steps needed every goal can be reached no matter how big and difficult it appears. Every mountain climber makes the ascent one small toehold at a time.  The first step is the hardest.

9.            LET GO, and let GOD!!  You have a powerful ally in every challenge you face.  Loosen your grip on those fears which suggest that you have to be solely in charge of your challenges.  Let your ally help with it, let go and let God.

10.          Look for God winks!!  The highway to what you believe to be your destiny may occasionally seem dark and lonely. But you’re never alone.  Get going and start looking for conforming signs that you are on the right path in your life.  You will soon see God winking at you in an answer to prayer, reaffirming that your life is being directed by his plan.

So no matter where your at in life know this there is a reason your in the pit or enjoying the ride.  If your feeling like your goals will never be reached try looking tot hese 10 points and remember in times of struggle your tested and if your willing to learn from it you will come out strong then when you went in.

If your riding along and life is good remember those times of feeling stuck and see who around you might need a hand.
