Have you noticed I've been a little quiet about PiYo,
why? To be honest I did not love the
workout the first 3 weeks it was very odd to not use weights or cardio for the
workouts BUT week 4 is when everything change once you do Drenched what out the
workout is killer I believe I was sore for 48 hours for that workout and it was
not pretty let’s just say that I was drenched when I was completed. If you’re in the first few weeks of it or
thinking about starting it for sure it’s a must if you’re someone that needs
extra flexibility. I've been running 3
to 4 mornings alongside the program and love that it keeps me from getting
tight from running in the past by week 2 of running I'm way to tight (I hate stretching)
but in PiYo you truly are moving for each workout and don't even relies your
improving. This is a chart of what workouts I did for week 4.
Maybe it's just me but some workouts I like to mute the TV and listen to music that is never the case when it comes to do any of Chalene's workouts.
I truly was one of those people that thought in order to loss weight I just needed to workout more and burn more calories, I truly don't love working out but I like how I feel when I'm done the problem is before bechbody by week 2 of "working out" I would be tired cranky and my entire body would feel run down. Why is that I truly believe it's because I did not change my eating habits within a challenge group I learned how to meal plan, how to stay on track while traveling, accountability, and eating clean oh and I added in a thing called shakeology (check it out). Combined all of those together a year later and my 30th birthday right around the corner I feel amazing!! I truly want everyone else to feel the way I feel so with that being said here is what a meal plan looks like.
