Peach Banana Smoothie Popsicles
Yippee summer is almost here
right? Well it sure does not feel like
it is BUT one of these spring days it will warm up. With that being said comes yard work, late
evening walks, fun at the park, ball games and so on. With the heat a cool refreshing treat is
needed I hate to waste all my progress over a 5 minute treat. However this recipe will leave you feeling
you’re having a treat without guilt.
Plus it’s kid friendly!!
Serving 10 3oz popsicles each
Ingredients
3 medium ripe peaches, pitted and
quartered
1 medium banana
1 cup of Greek yogurt
½ cup of almond milk or regular milk
3 tbsp. of raw honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground allspice
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender until
smooth, poor into Popsicle molds and freeze.
If you don’t have Popsicle molds, you can use ice cube trays. When your smoothie mixture is slightly
frozen, just stick a wooden Popsicle stick in each serving and continue to
freeze.
Remove from trays or molds and
enjoy!!
