21 day fix oatmeal cookies

It's hard to believe this is my second round of the 21 day fix.  The workouts are easy to follow but affective plus only 30 minutes a day is a bonus.  So on the 21 day fix your aloud three extra a week and this recipe happens to be one of them it counts for one yellow container.

21 day fix oatmeal cookies


Directions:
nonstick cooking spray
1 cup of old-fashion rolled oats
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1/4 semisweet chocolate morsels
1/4 cup chopped raw toasted pecans

1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.lightly coat baking sheet with spray. set aside
3. combine oats, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl and mix well
4. add applesauce, morsels, and pecans, and mix well.
5. drop by heaping tbsp. onto prepared baking sheet and flatten with a spatula.
6. bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until firm.
