One of two things are happening right now either you just purchased shakeology or your joining a challenge group and your committed to drinking shakeology every day for the challenge group.  So what are the health benefits to drinking Shakeology  every day?

What do you receive once you place your order?
Depending on whether you purchase the bag of shakeology or the packets it's still a 30 day supply of the healthiest meal of the day.  I always recommend if it's your first time to purchase to buy it as a mixed box (packets) so your able to sample 3 flavors at once chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry.
 
PLEASE do not put it in a shaker cup and drink for the first time.
PLEASE if you invested in a 30 day supply of shakeology drink it every day for those 30 days or you won't see any benefits drinking it here and there.
PLEASE keep in contact with the group daily and stay engaged in making healthier changes.


Have fun with it there are endless ways to make shakeology and finding your recipe is key and I want to work with you to do so.  Don't forget to hang the recipe calendar that came with your purchase and get creative.   You just invested in your health it's time to have fun and make it taste like a milkshake. 


A few of my favorite recipes


     Sea Salted Caramel Shakeology 
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Dash of Caramel Extract
  • Dash of Sea Salt
  • Ice

      Pumpkin Pie Shakeology
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk (can use skim, rice, or soy milk if desired)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • Ice (optional)

    Thin Mint Treat
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 3 drops peppermint extract
  • Ice (optional)

    Shakeology Cinnamon Roll
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (can use skim, rice, or soy milk if desired)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

    Mocha Madness
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 cup coffee, brewed, cooled
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Add cinnamon and nutmeg for a cappuccino flavored shake (optional)

    Peanut Butter Cup
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. all-natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/2 cup ice

    Snickers Blizzard Shakeology
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (skim, soy, or rice milk if desired)
  • 4 oz. water
  • 1 tbsp. PB2
  • a handful of walnuts
  • 12 almonds
  • 1 tsp. almond extract

    Chocolate Banana Foster
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (skim, soy, or rice milk if desired)
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. rum extract
  • Ice

    Choco Loco
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (skim, soy, or rice if desired)
  • Ice

    Fall Eggnog
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 cup low-fat eggnog
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • Ice


    Almond Joy
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp. coconut flakes + garnish
  • 1 tbsp. Almonds
*All recipes blend or shake and Enjoy!!
