So after talking with a new coach yesterday she mention to
me you come across with such confidence how do you do that? The truth is my entire life I lacked
confidence never felt I met others expectations, always falling short, always
trying to please others. It was exhausting
to say the least, so how did I get past it?

Even if you’re not a beach body coach but you’re looking to
live a better life where you can offer more to others these would be a few of
my top picks that I will share with you.
Also I will share with you up until last year at this time I can honestly
say I never read a book from cover to cover, why because I hated reading and
did not see a purpose in doing so. I
think a lot of it has to do with what your reading and if you enjoy reading. As a coach personal development is one of the
three vital behaviors and can sometimes be over looked by many. If time is an issue invests in audio books
and listen to your way to work. I tend
to like marking up my pages and having a place to refer back to.

This book is simple reading and the day it came in the mail I sat down in one sitting and read the entire book, I'm not a fast reader either but its short and affective for getting past rejections.

Next as new coaches and just people in general we struggle with time management. How is it that some in life just achieve things on their list over and over and still have time to enjoy life? Time management, with beachbody I could truly let this be my entire day but I don't I pick the highest action that big the biggest rewards and focus my time there. I start each week with a list of what I will do to get there and never add on the list, also I start the day with the task I hate doing the most.
