Oh this August feels like fall, fall makes me think of soup. This recipes is a winner and great for any family get together or just grilled cheese and tomato soup with the kids.
Not many soups these days are actually HEALTHY and most are jam packed with sodium and random oils and dairy and all sorts of stuff so making this one and having it TASTE amazing was a breath of fresh air! It’s simple to make, simple to digest, and it tastes amazing and so fresh!
Ingredients:
- 7 medium tomatoes
- 1 yellow or red bell pepper
- 3 medium stalks of celery
- 1 tbsp basil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- (optional 1 ripe mango-This will make it sweeter)
Directions:
- De-seed the bell pepper, and peel the mango. Slice the mango into pieces.
- Thoroughly blend all of the ingredients together in a large blender
- Pour into a bowl, heat on the stove for a couple minutes not to over cook it & serve and enjoy!
