What workouts to suggest as a beachbody coach

Hey coaches this blog post is all about sharing workouts with others and what might be the right fit for them.  Hold up just a moment before sending your link and talking about cost lets get to know our potential customer more and learn about his or her goals.  There is nothing worse then people in the world just hungry to "sell" something. 

Here are a few questions to ask others to get the ball rolling.

-Tell me a little bit about your life. Do you have kids?   Married? Work in or out of the home?
-Give me a peek into your day-to-day.

-Tell me about your specific fitness+weight loss goals:

-What methods have you already tried? What’s working?
 What’s not?

-How long have you been trying to lose weight or change your body?

-Is nutrition a strength or weakness? Provide details.

-Do you struggle with skipping meals, portion control, cravings, grazing as the day goes on?

-Do you have any injuries? If so, please explain any limitations.

-Are there any kinds of fitness that you really enjoy?

-On a scale of 1-10, how motivated are you to make a change today?

-Why is your health a financial priority now?

-If you were in your ideal body today, how would you be living your life differently?
From this I like to view the conversation as a pin pong game.  Keep asking questions!!  Because down the road when objections come up you can go back and pull info from the conversation that will help them to see why now it the time to invest in their health.

***Next I would log into your online back office click on the tab sale & marketing, product tool kits, promo video.  Then I would copy that link and create a doc on your computer and copy and past all links.  This will be a time saver as a coach and the more you talk with others its an easy way to pull of your links and share based on their needs.
