What is P90?


What is P90?
What is P90?  This work out program is 90 days long designed by none other than tony Horton.  This past summer while at coach summit in Vegas an annual held beach body event they released details on this program and I was thrilled.  Why?  Because I know personally P90X and P90X2 always scared me to even try and I know I’m not alone on this or I know many of you have purchased these workouts and never finished.  This work out is designed to be a stepping stone great for those just starting out.
 
What is P90?


The creator of this program Tony saw a need for those that were not looking for something advance but as you do the 90 day program your able to take your fitness to a new point.  Most of all want to be in the best shape of our lives and feel good in our own skin.  Where to start? The Core from that stability with starting there your risk of injury is going to stay very low.  For most of us we just want results and this program is designed to do so in an effective way (baby boomers that thought beach body was not for you this is a great place to start).

*Looking to gain muscle strength that might have never been there or it has been a loooong time.

So what is this program all about?
This is not high intensity where your jumping around the living room in full force your joints are protected and where thought of in the making of this program.  It’s simple 30 minute workouts, the program last 90 days with cardio that is simple, AKA if you tend to feel you have two left feet when working out and not super coordinated this would be a good fit.  With nutrition being 80% of your weight loss journey Tony hocks you up with simple nutritional guide that will help you stay on track with your “diet” while working out for the 90 days and from the beginning of the program there will be a modifier.
Would this be a good fit for me?
So personally I’m in my second trimester of my third pregnancy and I will be doing this program.  I’ve worked before finding out I was pregnant and continue to do so.  My parents that are in their 50’s have been on the 21 day fix work outs since released 7 months ago and would like to see them switch it up because this is the perfect program for their needs with low impact.  Due to being in the middle of buying a new house we will see on the timing.
In the past I did P90X3 and had amazing results and could not believe how much stronger I was at the end of the program.  Tony Horton is an amazing trainer with an entire team behind his workout philosophy that is tried, tested and true.   I will be hitting ORDER on September and would love to go through the program alongside you for those 90 days.

Have you ever set out before to purchase a workout program late at night off of TV and never knew team beachbody coaches were out there?  I know I never knew coaches where out there until after having baby #2 and finding it hard to loss the baby weight.  I joined a challenge group and for the first time finished a program from start to finish for the first time.  With that being said I want this to be your time no matter your age it's never to late to say NOW is my time.  Whether the kids are back in school or your in your 50's wanting to be in better health and want to be able to keep up with the grandkids when they come over this is the program for you.

It's all done through a closed online facebook support group.  So only the members of the group can see what is being posted.
What I do is help you customize your health and fitness goals to meet your needs and see if this is the right program for you based on your needs. Then you replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology for the  group  to give your body 1 meal that is supercharged with ingredients that will give you natural energy, cravings will be curbed, you will stay full for at least 3 hours and its equivalent to 6 salads in one meal.  Then, I am going to teach you how to plan the other meals of the day.  I will help you create a customized meal plan, give you recipes, snack ideas, tips, motivation and keep you accountable. Every day I post in the challenge group your daily mind set tip or post.  You check in and rate your date and read what is posted.  We all keep each other accountable!  I am going to address the emotional eating, eating out at restaurants, how to handle the temptations, cheat meals, body image and more!  The requirements are that you purchase the P90 Challenge pack through me as your coach.  I will be giving you all of the details to get the package once you complete the application below.  I must be your coach and only my customers  allowed to participate in this group.
