Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal
Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal
Well hello Fall!! Yesterday made fall official for the year 2015, this time of the year I start to focus on end of the year goals life, business, family, fitness, and all the things that fall between the cracks of the day. Three weeks ago my son start preschool and of course like any mom will tell you somewhere I blink and he want from needing help with things to being a little man. I'm thankful he is doing well, change is hard for him. The kids go a few mornings a week to childcare so that I can work for our traditional business and they truly enjoy it. However getting out the door in the morning is a challenge! Someone (out of three kids) is always crying, someone does not like what is for breakfast, someone needs SOMETHING!! So when I came across this fall recipe I wanted to give it a try, BOTH kids loved it and asked for more. I personally like it because it falls into the 21 day fix meal plan. If you're someone that follows this system this recipe would could for one yellow per serving and half a blue container. The recipe makes 12 servings also I was able to make this recipe from start finish in TEN MINUTES!! I used walnuts because that was the nut I had on hand in the house, pecans are a sweeter nut.
Ingredients
- ½ cup walnut or pecans, chopped
- 1 cup pumpkin puree my favorite place to pick this up is at Trader Joe's
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil room temp.
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking (I like coconut oil) spray an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Spread chopped walnuts or pecans on an ungreased baking sheet and toast for 4 to 6 minutes or until fragrant and light golden brown. Cool on baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, milk, eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla; beat until smooth. Blend in oats, toasted nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt; stir until mixture is well-combined.
- Spread oatmeal into prepared baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until set and light golden brown on top. Allow to cool in the baking dish for at least 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with fresh fruit or pure maple syrup.

Cize Test Group
Cize Test Group
Hey There!! Welcome to my blog where you will find clean eating recipes, motivation, and ways to better your health. A little bit about myself before we jump into talking about Cize. I'm a country girl by heart, I live life with a free sprite and run the other way when to much structure is given. I married my husband 8 years ago we currently have 3 children age 3 and under!! I've always been driven in life by doing things most see with little opportunity. In our 20's my husband and I owned a grease collection business and had over 600 locations in the state of Pa to pick up a waste product and turn it into fuel. We sold the business to a company out of the DC area a little over 2 years ago and continue to be entrepreneurs.
I came into beachbody 2 years ago just really wanting to lose the baby weight. I felt defeated and was failing at losing it and my confidence was low. I wanted to pay it forward and show other woman they too could do this. So when I look at this picture of these lovely ladies in the first week of the test group working out and sweating for a bigger cause its a pretty cool feeling! As busy woman I TRULY believe in craving out that daily time to invest mentally and physically into our health. I swear sweating does a mind good at the same time.
Let's talk meal plan when it comes to Cize, it uses the same system as the 21 day fix as far as the containers go. This just makes life simple!! Oh and tasty while getting healthy and losing weight. Here is an example of what I share within my accountability groups.
I have a few favorite recipes when it comes to this system of meal planning.
Chicken Caprese
Flank Steak
Beef Stew
In our household my husband would not be thrilled to eat chicken salads every night for dinner so these are just a few ideas on how to keep the family happy while creating a meal plan and not having to cook two dinners.
Before I show you a clip of what the Cize workouts look like I had to share where I spend a good chunk of the day. Being outdoors with the kids whether its in the barn or the side yard. So lets just say this workout is stretch for me!! Give me weight training, running, or 30 minute cardio with at home fitness I'm good. Cize is cardio but it involves dancing....Perhaps it will be like wine with time it only gets better?
So if you would like to feel more confident in your own skin, shred a few lbs, tone up, do so from at home fitness, give me four weeks of your time with checking in from an online closed facebook group lets chat. Oh and we eat well also!! No need to count calories its more so looking at nutrition and picking better options.
*LIMITED SPACE
Oh I almost forgot to share what the results from cize, clean eating, and shakeology look like.

Chicken Caprese
Chicken Caprese (21 day fix approved)
Hey there!! It's Sunday and that means it's time to clean out the fridge before buying new groceries for the up coming week. Something that I hear and totally understand is where to start when it comes to clean eating? I'm a simple girl and like to share with others ways to keep things simple as well. For example this simple snack was something I had earlier in the week with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. If you're following along with the 21 day fix this would be 1 blue, 1 green, and 1 teaspoon. So to keep things simple I created lunch today using the same 3 ingredients but added chicken to make a complete meal vs just a snack.
A simple chicken dish with your favorite classic "caprese" ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to uniform thickness
- 1/2 cup good-quality balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, torn into small pieces
- 1 cup lightly-packed fresh basil, torn
Directions:
To Make The Chicken:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. (You will know that it is ready when the oil is shimmering, or it sizzles when you place a drop of water in the oil.) Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear. Remove chicken and set aside. To Make The Balsamic Reduction:
Heat balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes until reduced by half. Remove and set aside.Putting the dish together:
Plate the chicken, then top with sliced tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Drizzle with the balsamic reduction. Serve warm.21 day fix:
1 teaspoon
1 blue
1 green
1 red

21 Day Fix Fruit Salsa
21 Day Fix Fruit Salsa
In a small dish place one of your teaspoons of raw sugar and sprinkle some cinnamon in until you get a nice even mixture of cinnamon to sugar. Place bowl to the side.
Take the tortilla shell and put it on a cutting board. Brush some of the coconut oil onto the tortilla shell until it has a slight coating over the whole shell. Then sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar mixture over the tortilla shell.
Cut the tortilla into small triangles (chips), and then transfer the chips over to a non-stick baking sheet.
Place in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
While the chips are baking take your partially thawed strawberries and blend them and also dice up your apple into small pieces. Put the diced apples and blended strawberries into a small bowl. Sprinkle over your last teaspoon of sugar and mix. Put the bowl to the side
Once the chips are done, let them cool and then enjoy!
This counts as-Serves 1
1 yellow, 1 purple, 1 tsp (oils), and 2 tsps.
If you would like to join me with creating a healthy lifestyle I would love to share with you a system that works well for busy woman.

Hey There!! I love Thursday's in our kids language it's a "stay home day". Pretty much it means I don't have to work outside of the home and we pretty much leave the day open to do whatever they would like to do. I also like to keep things fresh and after two years of eating clean I enjoy making one new recipe a week. Bingo we found it!! Not only is it 21 day fix approved but the kids loved it as well. I'm currently in the middle of doing a hybrid schedule of working out using Insanity Max 30 and ChaLean Extreme, ChaLean Extreme is designed to strength train three days a week and let's just say on those days my metabolism goes crazy and I like to keep extra water on hand as well as enjoying a treat like this. Even though I love the 21 day fix workouts after being pregnant and doing it for the entire 9 months I was ready to change the workouts but still follow the 21 day fix nutrition guide.
Ingredients
1 6inch whole wheat tortilla shell
1/2 small gala apple
1/2 purple container of frozen strawberries (partially thawed)
1 tsp of coconut oil
2 tsps of raw sugar
Cinnamon to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Put your teaspoon of coconut oil in a small dish and melt it in the microwave (15 few seconds). In a small dish place one of your teaspoons of raw sugar and sprinkle some cinnamon in until you get a nice even mixture of cinnamon to sugar. Place bowl to the side.

Freedom with time
Freedom with time
Hey there!! Let’s jump right into writing this blog post in the past if you follow what I do as a coach you might see that I share meal plans, recipes, tips for eating while traveling, etc. Today it’s all about life reflection this holiday weekend. I get it if you’re on Facebook and you’re not at a point in life you pictured yourself to be at holiday weekends for me in the past would be a time of self-evaluation. Perhaps this is a holiday weekend you’re stuck working and long for more freedom with time. Most would think I’m passionate about working out and eating healthy (which I am) however my drive with my beachbody business goes deeper than that. It’s freedom with time, the ability to work really hard on my own terms around my priorities (family). 21 months ago I didn’t have a clue what I was doing but I had watched others become successful and all I knew was showing up every day at my computer for the past 21 day with heart and hustle I would attract others just like myself.

The cool thing is seeing other succeed as well as my team
grows we have amazing training that will jump start your business for new
coaches all held from the comfort of your computer giving the tools to walk or
run with the business my goal is to meet you half way whatever those goals look
like. From that you get to decide if
this business is for you or not. Unlike
a traditional you can start give it an honest go and decide if it’s a good fit
for your personality. From that it’s
diving into social media and expanding your network right away that was one of
my biggest fears the truth be told I met new people daily and I love sharing
with others how to expand their network.
There are scripts provide and every document I use for my business and
other top coaches us will be placed at your figure tips. There is no need to reinvent the wheel it has
already been created it’s just duplicating what works. Your goal might truly be to just make an
extra 100 dollars a week to a goal of retiring you from a full time job that
will give freedom with time. It’s the ability
to see past other failures in life and breaking down the walls you created that
leave you wondering what your purpose in life is. At age 30 I had no idea I would be guiding
others to change from the inside out but when you feel the gut feeling and it
doesn’t go away it’s time to jump in.
Each week from the comfort of your home weekly calls are
held to discuss business building ideas and concepts. You can catch this training live or by
recording. I announced yesterday out of
10,000 coaches 30 leaders will be headed to Florida this coming September for
an all-expenses paid vacation and training to learn from three of the top
coaches in the network. From that
bringing everything back and sharing with my team is the goal in finishing 2015
strong.
What it comes down to is investing time into others life and
building relationship. Learning what
makes others tick and seeing their full potential before they can. It’s so not about selling things and being
great at knowing all the facts. As a
former waitress my only “sales” upselling the vodka I was using. I had no idea those workouts like Insanity
and T25 could create more freedom with time. Let’s learn more about one another
and see if this would be a good fit for you and your family. I will be holding a three day open house to
learn more about what my daily task and power hour looks like for the past 21
months. This informational group will be
held May 27th a place to check in from the comfort of your home, no
pressure. To be added just fill out this

Could coaching work for your life?
Could coaching work for your life?
I went back and forth about whether to share this or not but the bottom line is if I don’t share it others will never know about this opportunity. This past week I was able to transfer $1,000.00 into our house savings fund. It was kind of a cool feeling for many reasons beyond just a dollar amount. A little bit about myself I’m an introvert and feared being successful as a coach but 20 months ago I knew that I would rather say I tried than to say I never did. It all started with truly wanting to have more energy with two little ones at home I was not at my goal weight when I started coaching, I had about 100 friends on Facebook and used social media just to stock others lives like most do. I had NO idea how to create a blog or like page. But what I did know after two years of not working I missed that sense of creating income. Yes my husband and I own our own traditional excavating business and I’m involved with that but I wanted something to call my own. Over the past 20 months I would say I nailed down time management we added our third baby to the family Henry and I went from working 2 days a week for our traditional business to 4 days a week. And to be honest the successful coaches on my team are very involved and limited on time as well. We have a great system to share with others on how to be successful on a power hour a day. What did I give up over the past 20 months to be successful? Well a little sleep, the only TV show I watch in a weeks time frame is a show called Shark Tank, working while holding a baby, however these short term sacrifices have been well worth it.

The hardest part about coaching 20 months in?
Having others see the value in what we do as coaches,
Beachbody coaching is not a get rich quick scheme however the power of sticking
with it past a few months is pretty cool.
The first month I started I made $60.00 dollars most would of gave up
and said this is a waste of time I’m blessed to have a “hard working mentally”. I made my mind up I was going for the long
haul and it paid off.
“I don’t want to sell anything”
Me too!! I never
wanted to be that crazy lady people dodged at the store. Coaching is so much more than a bag of
powered and a workout DVD it’s the connections you make with people within
challenge groups. We don’t leave others out
to hang and figure it out. Just like
challenge groups I offer what is called coach basics that is a 30 day online group to
learn the basics of coaching and from that group you get to decide if it’s a good
fit for you or not. There is no crazy
contract, inventory to stock, and home parties to host. I giggle because home parties just would not
work I work my business while the kids sleep and having to find a sitter and be
away from the home would not be a good fit.
Thank goodness for the power of social media.
Free trips
Yes it’s cool to make a great income and see other coaches
on our team be able to not have to work outside the home but there is
more. This past April I was given a free
trip to Cancun jut for helping an average of 3 new people a month in 2014. The really cool thing about signing up as a
coach now is the chance to be on a FREE cruise in the beginning for 2015 but we
would want to get started now. These are
just added bonuses above income.
Getting paid to get in shape
Well did you ever think if I was to earn income while
getting in shape that would be the ultimate motivator. It is!!
I mean part of what a coach does is works out and shares their personal
struggles. There is no need to be where
you want to be we are all a work in progress and each day is the chance to
better our own health and the health of others around us. Here is my transformation so far- Click Here
What can it bring?
Freedom with time it hit me yesterday with a Sunday Saturday
spending the entire day with the family and not having to worry about heading
to work on a Sunny day that this is truly a dream job. I’m present for my kids able to work our traditional
business but still able to have my own thing and create income from home at my
kitchen table without any money invested other than what I was already doing to
reach my own fitness goals. The ability
to surround yourself with likeminded people that have your best interest. There is not an income cap I think as a hard
worker that is always something I struggled with someone putting a value on
what my time was worth each hour.
Getting to call the shots is pretty cool. The ability to have someone say you saved
their life and brought them out of a really dark place in their life.
What’s does it take?
Consistency
Belief
Working smart
Working on yourself physically and mentally
Goal setting
I will be hand picking my next group of new coaches and would love to talk with you to see if this would be a good fit for your lifestyle. Fill out this form and I can answer additional questions from there-

Insanity Max 30 Transformation
Insanity Max 30 Transformation
Where did the last 30 days go!! I can’t believe yesterday I started month two of Max 30. This program is 60 days long and broke down into two months. Let’s just say the last 30 days of life have been a whirl win I tend to live with blinders on and stay very focused on goals in life. The last 30 days my focus has been on a push goal that Steve and I have had for a very long time. With that being said in the last 30 days we hit Easter and yes I’m a health coach and yes I help others however the struggle is real do I eat the chocolate covered bunny or pass? Well a few bunnies might of won. In the last 30 days I was not only getting back in a routine but doing so as a mom of three with a nursing baby those 5:00am workouts where not easy. You know when your losing weight and getting in shape there comes that point to press on or stop well I felt that moment last week as well I kind of felt like I needed to be seeing faster results what worked in the past might just not work this time. This sense of doubt started to creep in…..I made a choice to stop that craziness right then and there. I jumped on the computer and checked out my transformation from when I had Josie and looked at my progress 30 days in and in that moment decided to be in it for the long haul.
So what now? Well it's called a journey for a reason I keep going!! Beyond what the pictures tell I've been sleeping better at night, I have more energy, my skin looks great, green beans and almonds are my go to snack while being a busy mom. I fuel up every morning with shakeology to keep my nutrition on point one meal a day I don't have to think about. I feel soooo much stronger then I did on day one. I want you to feel the same way, I'm not inviting you to a quick fix more then likely you have tried every gimmick on the market. I'm just like you a mom that wants to look good and feel confident in my own skin. Let's chat Insanity Max 30 might not be the right fit for you starting out I want to find a program your excited about starting, I want to get you started in your own routine, cooking meals the entire family will eat and enjoy. Let's make 2015 the year you invest in your health in a healthy way. Apply to learn more.

There will be people that tell you there is a quicker way a
way to lose weight and inches that doesn’t include exercising and eating
healthy and I call crap. Come on now folks
if that was the case we wouldn’t be a country in need of better health.
Last week I even pulled the “I’m too busy” card to my
husband!! When I had Josie I wasn’t
working outside of the home 4 days a week for our traditional business, two
kids vs three, the list goes on. Yet
again I decided to not give up we are all given the same 24 hours in a day and
it’s a choice every day on how we spend those minutes. I decided to stop giving excuses and to push
on I CAN find 30 minutes a day to prep healthy foods for the entire family I
CAN workout and shut my brain off from the noise of life and FOCUS on working out
for 30 minutes. You see the shift in
thinking? I truly believe weight loss
starts with the mind. The mind is
powerful and it’s either working for you or against you. I choose today to say I CAN!! And you CAN TOO!!
So
when I snapped my 30 day photos only seeing the scale go down a few lbs. I was
so thankful for taking before pictures!!
The pictures tell the entire story it says JOB WELL DONE!! Here is where I started the mural of the story is throw the scale out the window take before pictures and measurements. So what now? Well it's called a journey for a reason I keep going!! Reese Cup Shakeology
Reese Cup Shakeology
I get asked this all the time isn’t shakeology just a protein shake? No not at all most of us are not protein deficient however most are lacking nutrition I can eat healthy all day long and still not receive the nutrition needed. Its whole foods broke down and by that I mean YES you do pay for what you get You can hit up the local GNC for a “shake meal replacement” However always check out the ingredients Things to look for:
Artificial flavoring
Artificial Sweeteners
Soy
What does shakeology taste like? Well since it is all natural and sweeten by a plant for most the first week it taste kind of different because our taste buds have been use to consuming something that has been altered in the flavoring department. Is shakeology really worth the 3 buck and some change I pay every day? Well it depends I personally like to be proactive vs reactive Yes at age 30 my health can kind of float by however just like anything it catches up We all invest money in different items every day in life For me I would rather hold off on buying a cup of coffee each day or that cute new toy for the kids that will be destroyed a few months from now. I never miss a day 2 years later most days it's my meal right after working out I look at drinking it everyday as my treat for sweating!!
Do I drink Reese Cup Cheesecake everyday like this recipe? No however on a Sunday night when everyone else in the house is eating DQ I get a little crazy by adding a Reese Cup to my shakeology.
Reese Cup Cheesecake
1 tbsp. all natural peanut butter or almond butter

Can Stress cause weight gain or slow progress?
Can stress cause weight gain or slow progress?
This is a topic that came up in the past week within a
challenge group and I really wanted to sit down and write more about this
subject in hopes of helping each of you if you feel stuck. Losing weight in general is not typically
something you wake up thrilled to do, it takes talking yourself into not
hitting the snooze, staying consistent, saying no thanks while others around
you indulge. When stress is added in
it's an entirely different leave of challenge involved especially if you’re in
the beginning phases of creating a lifestyle change.
Let's face it we live in a day and time it's easy to let circumstances
around us cause unwanted stress, death in the family, job changes, moving,
family members health, your children and dealing with issues of them maturing,
unexpected bills, things breaking at the house and need repaired. Somewhere along the line even as level headed
as most would like to remain life throws stress.
So how can stress delay weight lose?
Stress and Food Cravings
Many people find that they eat when they are under stress.
This is when you eat not because you’re hungry but because some emotion such as
anger, sadness or frustration is pushing you to reach for food. Usually, you eat
when you are stressed because food brings you a sense of comfort and at a very
young age we are taught to use food for comfort. Everyone has their own comfort
foods. Commonly eaten foods to relieve stress are sweets such as chocolate, ice
cream, cookies or candy. Salty and fatty foods such as potato chips and pizza
are also common foods. These foods contain higher fat and salt content and are
generally lacking in nutrition. For me personally it’s ice cream and for the
first 6 month of eating clean it’s an item I could not have in the house or
when stress, happiness, boarded, well let’s face it any emotion would kick in I
would reach for a little ice cream.
Growing up ice cream was a treat (something we had often) it was found
at every celebration so it’s no wonder that’s my go to food. Do you know what food is not safe in your
house? Take time to think about this one
Stress Hormones and Weight Gain
When you are under a great deal of stress, your body
releases cortisol, which is a stress hormone. The release of cortisol has been
linked with the buildup of abdominal fat. In one study, slim women gained
weight due to their inability to deal with stressful life conditions. Being
under a great deal of stress causes physiological changes that can lead to
cravings and a change in eating patterns.
When your body releases an excess of cortisol, this
interferes with your metabolic processes. The release of stress hormones has
been linked with a slowing down of the metabolism. So when you are dealing with
a lot of stress, you may be eating the same amount of food as before but not
burning off as many calories as you used to.
Ways to relieve stress that work well, taking a bath, going grocery
shopping alone, surfing Pinterest, taking a long drive with nothing but the
radio, reading a new book, asking a friend to join you for coffee, a great sweat session, take part in your favorite hobby, keep a journey and write down your feelings, surround yourself with those that support and
understand what you’re going through in life, drink a warm cup of green tea, breathing exercises, clean up the clutter in your house, get a message, do charity work, go for a walk, and a cat nap just to walk away from the situation and regroup.
I hope this helps with the next time life hands you that unexpected phone call, turn of events, or a twist in everyday life. Smile!! Whether you're riding life and coasting along or feel that today could not get any worse remember this too will pass and thank goodness for seasons in life.

Individual baked egg breakfast
Individual baked egg breakfast
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1 large bell pepper
1 cup of fresh spinach leaves
4 ounces of feta cheese (goat would work well also)
Salt & pepper
Directions:
Slice the bell peppers into one-inch slices, beat the eggs, mix in the spinach and cheese, and bake until perfect.
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Slice the bell peppers into one-inch rings - go for four rings. Coarsely chop the spinach. Crumble the cheese. Beat the eggs with a small amount of water (less than a table spoon per egg used).
Place the bell pepper rings on a griddle on low heat (about 250° F) or a frying pan on low. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil into each ring. Pour the mixed eggs into each ring with just enough to completely cover the bottom of each ring with about 1/8-inch of egg. Let it cook until the egg is well set.
Transfer the bell pepper rings to a baking tray covered in baking parchment. Fill the bell pepper rings about halfway with eggs, then add generous amounts of spinach and crumbled cheese. Fill the bell pepper rings up to almost the top with eggs and add more spinach and cheese. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Hey there!!
I just wanted to take a moment and explain what a challenge
group is and why I do what I do. First
off I started off just like you after baby number two I could not loss the baby
weight to this day I remember going into Tractor Supply (post 3 months of
having a baby) and the employee asked me when I was due. I smiled and said I had a baby 3 months ago
and held the tears back. Why? Because I was working my butt off well what I
thought I was doing was going to work my butt off and my baby belly in turn nothing
was happening. I was stuck, how could I
succeed in other areas of life but just could not understand what it took to
like what I saw in the mirror. I saw a
post just like this one from another mom offering for me to be a part of a
challenge group. I had no idea who she
was and when she told me shakeology was a requirement I wanted to run the other
way. After all I’m a stay at home mom at
the time with a new baby and every dollar counts. However I was willing to take a risk in hopes
of being able to change. I too did not
want to “drink a shake” for a meal. I
like food, I like to eat, I like to use a fork however I wanted more to change. These are my results after a challenge group.
You'll be added to our VIP Facebook group where only the
members of the group can see what is being posted. You'll be expected to check
in daily with your workout and nutrition so we can make sure you're staying on
track. There will be an awesome nutrition plan included with your fitness
program. We start together and we end together. No one quits. First we’ll work
on flushing all those negative thoughts swirling in the back of your mind that
are keeping you stuck. If you believe you will succeed, you will.
What I do is help you customize your health and fitness
goals to meet your needs. Then I help you choose the best Beachbody workout to
get there based on your ability level. Then you replace 1 meal a day with
shakeology for the challenge group to give your body 1 meal that is
supercharged with ingredients that will give you natural energy, cravings will
be curbed, you will stay full for at least 3 hours and its equivalent to 6
salads in one meal. Then, I am going to teach you how to plan the other meals of
the day. I will help you create a customized meal plan, give you recipes, snack
ideas, tips, motivation and keep you accountable. Every day I post in the
challenge group your daily mind set tip or post. You check in and rate your
date and read what is posted. We all keep each other accountable!
I am going to address
the emotional eating, eating out at restaurants, how to handle the temptations,
cheat meals, body image and more!
I've created an
entire curriculum for my group!
Does this sound like something you would like to do?
What is shakeology (click to find out)? There are so many products out there I'm not going to name other "meal replacement" drinks or brands however most are not a true replacement and are filled with artificial sweeteners and artificial flavoring which is only going to leave you hungry and craving more garbage. I was a breastfeeding mom when I started and even now pregnant I would not to take in something that did not benefit my body. Being that shakeology is sweetened with a natural plant Stevia it truly does not get much healthier (no not like the chemical found Stevia at Wal-Mart).
Why run challenge groups?
Because I love paying it forward and helping others, it's not about the money, the time I invest into the challenge groups in my option is time well spent. I love paying it forward with my team as well and giving them the training needed as well so their customers can also see amazing results. It's messages like this that cause me to jump out of bed in the morning and help those ready to change.
Our team Shining to inspire stands out in a crowd for sure we are manly made up of moms that had awesome results and enjoy helping others with their own personal fitness goals.
