Hey there!! I'm excited to share with you my new favorite shakeology recipe!! But first I could not help but share a few details on shakeology to help others see the full value in the meal replacement. This past weekend I was outside our newly purchased farm and two older men pulled up and knew the original owners of the place. We went on to talk and they asked "If my dad was around" ummm nope I'm the owner. It kind of made me giggle but coming from a mom of three little one's that hasn't slept in 4 years, never wears make, but some how finds the time to workout and eat clean 80% of the time--Cool!!
So prior to budgeting in $3.33 a day for my shakeology I was tired, my skin DID NOT look like this, my hands hurt all the time, and a headache almost every day. I truly believe in living life to its fullest and I CLEARY could not do so two years ago. I was afraid of shakeology like for real, what if I'm hungry? I breastfeed what is in shakeology is it safe?
We all know and fall into the "Diet Cycle" and it really makes sense with the way that I used to do things! The
Recommended Daily Allowance of Calories for many of us is somewhere around
2,000. So if we want to lose weight, we are going to have to create some sort
of calorie deficit by eating less and also burning off x amount of calories
through exercise. We have ALL had those Mondays where THIS IS THE DAY that we
are going to "do better". Crap by Tuesday at 2:00 pm I'm hungry and want to eat everything in site. We begin to eat less and try
to make more healthy choices. We become more active. After 5-7 days we can see
some progress and we are really excited! By 10-14 days it all begins to catch
up with us. We are just plain TIRED. We are asking our bodies to do more with
less. We have hit a nutrient deficit and this comes across as cravings. We may
become irritable and grouchy. The cravings escalate and as we give in to a few
of them, we may go overboard and then wind up feeling guilty.
So how can shakeology become a game changer for your health? When looking at meal
replacement shakes, you want to make sure that you are avoiding soy. Soy is a
cheap filler. It interrupts digestion and lowers our immune system. Avoid
artificial sweeteners. There are so many studies which show that they actually
stimulate our appetite and increase insulin production in our body. You also
want to steer clear of artificial flavors. After some time of eating clean, our
taste-buds will be retrained to where we are truly able to appreciate natural
flavors like never before! Shakeology is like 6 trips to the salad bar with good nutrition but for around 150 calories.
Shakeology is full of
super-foods! In short, super-foods strengthen our immune system. They repair
our GI system so that digestion improves and we are able to absorb nutrients.
This also promotes regularity in that department! Super-foods reduce chronic
inflammation and that is crazy-important! Inflammation destroys cells and
leaves us at risk for all sorts of disease. I know of so many people who used
to deal with painful inflammation-related conditions (myself being one of them) and they are significantly
reduced through the use of Shakeology! Many
chronic diseases are preventable or at least slowed with better food choices and
exercise. Taking shakeology and giving it a 30 day trial to see what the superfoods will help with is worth trying, how will you know unless you give something a whirl!!

Max 30 Cobb Salad Wanted to
share one of my favorite Max 30 and 21 Day Fix approved meals!
It's hard to believe I'm able to finally be able to work out after giving birth to our 3rd baby a little over 6 weeks ago. I've done Insanity in 2013 and had the best ab definition EVER. However the 60 minute workouts were LONG to commit to. Introducing Max 30 this past December into beachbody library of DVD's I could not wait to start!! I might max out very quickly on day one however I'm diving into nutrition as well. I made this salad twice already and looking forward to using it for the next 60 days and beyond.
Ingredients: 1 green of romaine or leaf lettuce 1 green of tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers 1 red of two turkey bacon slices & 1 hard boiled egg 1 orange of
the Dijon Vinaigrette 1 blue of part avocado
I keep chopped lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers in my
fridge at all times along with hard boiled eggs. I make a double batch of the
dressing too! This is SO quick to whip up and it tastes really good!!! If your someone that works full time and finds it hard to eat healthy for lunch this is a MUST to add in to your weekly meal plan. I hope you enjoy it as much as our family has.
A fun Tuesday afternoon spent with the kids!!We love being in the kitchen and I love creating
these memories together.Our kids LOVE
pizza!!I’m guessing they are not alone
on this however finding a kid friendly version that is easy to eat, healthy,
and they enjoy is a win in our house.I

Ingredients 1 medium head cauliflower 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided in half 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
Directions:
To "rice" the Cauliflower: Take 1 large head of fresh cauliflower, remove stems and leaves, and chop the florets into chunks. Add to food processor and pulse until it looks like grain. Do not over-do pulse or you will puree it. (If you don't have a food processor, you can grate the whole head with a cheese grater). Place the riced cauliflower into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 8 minutes. There is no need to add water, as the natural moisture in the cauliflower is enough to cook itself. One large head should produce approximately 3 cups of riced cauliflower.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray it lightly with cooking spray. Spoon the cauliflower mixture onto the pan and use your hands to form it into a 8 1/2 x 11 inch rectangle. Place in the oven for 30 minutes, or even longer until the crust is golden brown and firm. Remove the crust from the oven and top the crust with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Cut into “breadsticks” and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping. Makes about 10 breadsticks. This recipe could easily be doubled

What does it mean to be in the top 3% of all beachbody
coaches?
Well first lets back up to almost two years ago to the
day!!I gave birth to our second
daughter February 8th and like most moms I was thrilled, scared,
overwhelmed, and felt the worst I had ever felt in my own skin.I never really gave much thought into my own
health and fitness and any time the scale would creep up I would find myself
working out for two weeks and getting things back in line.Well after Josie born I was the heaviest I
have ever been, I saw someone posting about a challenge group and of course
miss independent was not going to reach out for help.Three months post having the baby not much
had changed and I thought what the heck I’ll see what these challenge groups
are all about.Well 90 days later I too
felt amazing and it was natural to want to share it with others and started
coaching in August of 2013.This picture
posted below was my own transformation I put myself out there in social media,
showed up every day, and 30 days into coaching I made $60.00 dollars.Most would have gave up!! Thank goodness I saw the bigger picture as my income from helping my team and customers now exceeds what I made as a waitress working for someone else building someone else's dreams.

To me I never really understood what it felt like to be passionate
about your job.Like most I’ve always
worked to provide never fully understanding the bigger picture of life and
seeing it’s about those around us.It
was a choice to stay home with the kids and to do the paper work for our
traditional business but something was missing.Do you feel like your life lacks purpose?I felt that way also, yes my kids and husband
are very important and giving up my freedom/ flexibility was not an
option.Beachbody has bought so many
positive things into my life and I want others to experience it as well.
What is rank? as someone looking in from the outside sounds kind
of sketchy right?I thought the same
thing MLM business sometimes get a bad rap and for sure I was one of those that
thought it was all about getting in at the right time, having the right
connections, having a large network, being outspoken, and being a natural
leader. EKKK Finding out while in the hospital with baby number 3 (Henry) that I was #575 out of 250,000 coaches!!
Well personally rank is a direct reflection of helping my
coaches duplicate a system that is proven to work and easy to jump in without
any experience.MANY start coaching but
the length of those willing to stay plugged in becomes very narrow, my list to
invite to my first challenge group was 10 names and less than a 100 friends on
Facebook.I had no clue about a blog, YouTube,
a like page but that willing to learn kicked in.I’m an introvert and for most of you both can
do very well in this business that for sure is not a determining factor of one’s
success.I had personal areas of life
that needed polished and ones that naturally shine everyone is different in
their own strengths as a coach but as you coach you grow as a person.

It takes a little prioritizing, time management, and multi tasking but you can absolutely make this business work for you! Whether its just a few hours a week or full time I can help you set goals that meet your lifestyle. I have no minimum expectations and you can truly do as little or as much as you want as a coach! So I truly wanted to sit down for the past week and share
different misconceptions about what beach body coaching is all about and if it
would be a good fit for your family. I’ve received a lot of message and e-mails
over the past month and thought what better way than to tell a little bit about
my story and how becoming a beach bodybody coach had changed my life and my family’s
life as well.I call myself a stay at
home mom but truly since age 5 I’ve been an entrepreneur.I always worked harder then the next person
and not matter what I would go the extra mile.My background before staying home with the kids was a waitress after
being home for 2 years I was missing that drive I love the feeling of going
after goals in life and never settling.I think sometimes as a mom we get this feeling that our lives have to be
put on hold until the kids go to school.That is just not true anymore it’s 2014 MOM’S you can have the best of
both worlds I’m living prof.My husband
and I own our own excavation business as well as rental properties.
Everyone has a story when they decide to sign up as a
beachbody coach. I realize mine is a bit different
I’m not the “rags to riches story”
I’m not the desperate housewife wanting to go shopping and
on a tight budget without extra funds
I’m not the mom that worked full time and wanted the chance
to stay home full time with her kids
But rather I always knew I would do something amazing with
my life. I have a business mind and in the past it always comes down to the
dollar amount. Beachbody is so not about the big bonuses or get rich quick but
rather what grabbed my attention was how many lives I could change. What drives
me every day to be better? I totally see the bigger picture and love the
flexibility that follows putting others first. By putting others first the
income follows from day one I believe I had what it takes to be successful and that mixed together is enough.
I don't know enough people
Yes let’s start with my personal biggest fear!!I’m an introvert and the thought of talking
to complete strangers and telling them about the T25 scares the crap right out
of me.My network of friends consists of
very few close friends because if you’re an introvert you totally understand
that’s how you like to keep it.Would
you be surprised to know that 95% of the coaches on my team I’ve never met in
my life?If you’re someone that is
willing to learn who to use social media I will teach you what took me HOURS to
figure out over the past 14 months.
I'm not fit enough to be a coach
Great neither was I when I started I’m just a mom with kids
that don’t sleep the entire night and a husband that leaves early in the
morning.With that being said I’m a real
person with the same real struggle and have had 2 C-sections but I work consistently
everyday to live a healthier life and now pregnant with baby number 3 I really
am not at my goal weight however I can still inspire others to live a better
life and so can you!!
I don't have enough money to become a coach
Oh I would love to share with you my thoughts on this what
other business can you invest 40 bucks (less money than it takes to buy the
family pizza) and turn it into a million dollar business.Most business owners want to see a profit in
the first month I will show you how to create an income from home if your
teachable.For the first 3-6 months -
you will learn from me and what I do with my business. I will walk you through
everything step by step. After a few months of following what I've shown you,
your pay could be anywhere between 100$-300$ weekly.From there, your pay can increase to 500$ -
1000$ per week on average (over $50,000 annually) for the following 6-8 months.
You can expect that number will double or even triple every year if you are
consistent with your commitment towards the business.
I don't have the time to make coaching successful
YEP short on time heck yeah same here, I work our traditional
business and it consumes about 15 to 20 hours a week doing all the behind the
sense “stuff”. Everything from ordering job materials, returns, checking
prices, sending out invoices, paying bills, balancing the check book, payroll,
new employee paperwork, payroll taxes, quarterly taxes, phone calls, the list
goes on. My husband is out of the house most days for 12+ hours, I have two
little one’s that keep me hooping I manage the house, and find time to put
dinner on the table.HOWEVER I carve out
time consistently every day for my beach body business first thing in the
morning while my kids are either just waking up or still sleeping and do so
after they go to bed.I will teach you
what you need to do in an hour each day to be successful. There is not a quota that needs to be met each month and the crazy thing about being your own CEO you get to decide how much time you spend on growing your business because its your business.
I am not a healthy and fitness expert
It’s awesome if you are but what I’ve found is the more
natural a person is others can relate beside that’s what they are buying the
workouts like T25 and Insanity for the customer is receiving an export in their
own home plus shakeology gives the customer one meal a day with a dense dose of
nutrition our job as coaches is for accountability hence the reason for running
challenge groups to support those wanting to live a better life.
I am not a sales person and don't care to be the "crazy person" others hide from at Target
Oh I know what you mean!!What I found is just by sharing my story and being real with people on
social media others relate and naturally what to be a part of what I’m
doing.I set out every morning to add
value to others lives not just “sell a challenge pack”.Beside I have an amazing opportunity that can
truly change some one’s life for the better.With my focus being set that way I never feel odd posting about a
challenge group or the opportunity to make a business from beach body because
it has truly changed my life and I know it has the chance to change others as
well.
There are too many coaches out there it's too late for me
Really???? No this cannot even be something that holds you
back with obesity on the rise people need this with more and more families
living pay check to pay check there are plenty of others that could benefit from
the choice you make to today “why not me”.I really think it’s like the last man standing well ok the coach that
just keeps going no matter what life throws your way you just keep staying consistent
and 6 months from now you will realize being consistent it what makes you
successful.
I don't like to work out from home, I prefer the gym
Ok so I came across this every now and then. To be honest, I know quite a few Beachbody coaches who do in fact go to the gym. What they do is use Beachbody fitness programs as a supplemental at-home program. Believe it or not, coaching is not all about exercising. It's about living a healthy life which includes eating healthy too! You don't get that at a gym. So, you don't have to give up your gym fetish to be a coach. You can still use the products, be a product of the product, eat healthy, AND go to the gym!
Beachbody coaching is a pyramid scheme
I love MLM businesses because everyone starts out the same.And how much you success is a direct
reflection of how many people you help.How many of you have a traditional job and the only way to increase your
income is by getting a raise, your boss getting promoted, or someone above you
changing jobs?That sounds like a pyramid
to me just saying plus pyramid scheme are eligible and I’m pretty sure if beachbody
was doing something illegal they would not advertise it all over the TV and
internet.
I have no business experience
Honestly
some of you might look at me and think she is successful because she owns other
businesses but honestly the skills that made me successful as a waitress carry
over into my beachbody business.Treat
others the way you would want to be treated, offer awesome customer service,
keep the line of communication open, knowing how to work with different personalities,
and teacher others how to do what you do.
