Results with shakeology
Hey there!! I just was spending some time sitting down and blogging past challengers of mine that have had amazing results with shakeology over the past two years of coaching and wanted to share with you. My sister was one of the first few challengers that went on to have an amazing transformation and yes you can see the physical but often times shakeology goes beyond just how you look on the outside.
"In September 2013, I began a journey of clean eating, daily 30 minute workouts
and also began incorporating Shakeology as my breakfast each morning. We are
now more than 18 months later and I am still going strong! After a lifelong
struggle to lose weight, what has been different with this approach? Why am I
convinced that I would never go back to the way things used to be? That is the
topic of today's blog entry!
I recently heard a description of the "Diet Cycle" and it really resonated with
the way that I used to do things! The Recommended Daily Allowance of Calories
for many of us is somewhere around 2,000. So if we want to lose weight, we are
going to have to create some sort of calorie deficit by eating less and also
burning off x amount of calories through exercise. We have ALL had those
Mondays where THIS IS THE DAY that we are going to "do better". It is a novel
pursuit. We begin to eat less and try to make more healthy choices. We become
more active. After 5-7 days we can see some progress and we are really
excited! By 10-14 days it all begins to catch up with us. We are just plain
TIRED. We are asking our bodies to do more with less. We have hit a nutrient
deficit and this comes across as cravings. We may become irritable and
grouchy. The cravings escalate and as we give in to a few of them, we may go
overboard and then wind up feeling guilty.
Through our best intentions and
quite a bit of solid effort, we are sabotaging ourselves by pushing ourselves
into a state of being nutrient deficient. Signs of this are cravings, mental
fog, irritability and feeling sluggish. Can anyone relate??
Even when eating whole foods and
making balanced nutrition choices, the JAMA (Journal of the American Medical
Association estimates that an individual would have to eat an average of 27,575
calories per day (NOT a typo!) in order to become 100% sufficient in all
27 essential micronutrients based on recommended daily intake guidelines. According to the study, when we are
deficient in these areas, we find an 80.8% increase in the likelihood of
becoming overweight or obese and is scientifically linked to a higher risk of
other dangerous and debilitating diseases, including resistance to infection,
birth defects, cancer, cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis.
Forget the 27,000+ calories!
What about when we truly do need to lose weight and so we are cutting our usual
calorie intake while doing more? How do we keep our overall health on track
while also not falling into the cravings, mental fog, irritability and
sluggishness of being nutrient deficient? When I first began my own journey of
life change towards better health, I was constantly BLOWN AWAY by how it really
was not as hard as I had expected. It was much easier AND incredibly more
effective than anything that I had ever tried before in my life! WHY!!?!?!?!?!
Shakeology. Really and truly. This meal replacement is so easy. It is a whole
food and you can think of it as "dry juicing". I get all of my vitamins and it
is the equivalent of 5 plates of a very healthy salad. But all for just 160
calories! Shakeology meets my basic
nutrition needs for that meal while also SUPER-CHARGING my body. Shakeology is
not like a triple espresso where you feel an instant zing. It works at the
cellular level and takes 4-5 days of being in our system to really prime our
digestion. Then suddenly we have this shift where things just come together. I
found that I could feel better, my energy went way up, my cravings nearly
disappeared and my body repaired more quickly from my workouts.
Weight loss is not the end goal
itself. Weight loss is a by-product of proper nutrition. Shakeology is NOT a
protein shake. It is NOT a weight loss shake. We are nutrient deficient
much of the time, even when eating whole foods. Shakeology is a nutrient
dense meal replacement that is seriously a game-changer. I found that I was
naturally eating less, I felt significantly better, my energy went way up and I
began to shed the weight. My migraines and for the first time in my life my menstrual cycle quickly became regular and has stayed that
way!
When looking at meal replacement
shakes, you want to make sure that you are avoiding soy. Soy is a cheap
filler. It interrupts digestion and lowers our immune system. Avoid artificial
sweeteners. There are so many studies which show that they actually stimulate
our appetite and increase insulin production in our body. You also want to
steer clear of artificial flavors. After some time of eating clean, our
taste-buds will be retrained to where we are truly able to appreciate natural
flavors like never before!
Shakeology is full of

inflammation and that is crazy-important! Inflammation destroys cells and
leaves us at risk for all sorts of disease. I know of so many people who used

chronic diseases are preventable or at least slowed with better food choices and
exercise. Would we rather be on the back end of disease while medicating
ourselves to manage our symptoms or would we like to be on the front end of
wellness, feeling our best?? Easy choice, right?

researcher that an individual following a popular diet plan using food alone,
has a high likelihood of becoming micronutrient deficient, a condition shown to
be scientifically linked to a higher risk of dangerous and debilitating diseases
including cancer, osteoporosis, heart disease, birth defects and
overweight/obesity. Based on this study's findings, the belief that a healthy,
balanced diet can consistently deliver, to a typical dieter, all of the
essential vitamins and minerals they need, through whole food alone, is in dire
need of revision. It would appear that supplementation should be considered as a
viable, low cost method to achieve micronutrient sufficiency and reduce the risk
for some of today's most prevalent and devastating health conditions and
diseases."
I hope sharing this with you will help you to see the value in shakeology and why it is KEY part of success in getting started in your healthier lifestyle. Something that has always stuck out with me is the thought that you can't have a "wrong workout" exercise is exercise for my redneck friends that could mean taking a walk in the woods hunting for the day!! It still counts!! But nutrition....We can get a bit off track you can be 120 lbs and be tired, lack energy, headaches everyday, and feel ready to make changes.

This past weekend I was outside our newly purchased farm and two older men pulled up and knew the original owners of the place. Snip-Its Life
About 11 days ago I packed the kids up and went to our favorite feed store to pick out fruit trees. Turns out this is a great time of the year to plant them.
Two years ago I missed working you know wanting to create something that was my own (beyond the traditional business). It would be silly to work for someone else and would not work with our traditional business and my number one priority our kids. So I looked into what a coa...ch really did and how it could fit our lifestyle. Two years later and I have an amazing team of coaches and the cool part is having my sister in this as well. she brings the leadership mindset I bring the business mindset and together it's been pretty cool to watch grow.
I could not help but think of this while getting ready to put these bad boys in the ground. Not having to check with my husband to spend money on a project that will bring plenty of memories. Being able to be as creative and truly have fun while working when the kids sleep.

My parents met in a barn when my mom was 14 years old!! My dad came to take pictures of her horse. You could say that was just the beginning We moved to a 40 acre farm when I was just 4 years old It was the kind or place shoes were optional and no matter who visited everyone was welcomed We always had a few ponies and did 4-H as kids... The station wagon and horse trailer got us from point A to B When my parents decided to put the farm up for sale last year it was super hard for my sisters and I. Thankful the little slice of heaven we grew up did not sell right away It’s been a transition over the past year Now being able to create new memories at a new farm Already one broken bone on the dirt bike

Happy 4th birthday to our little man Of course it seems like yesterday it felt like the hottest summer ever!! I was waitressing at the time and Clint just kept growing with no real reason to come. Ahhh he was born by c-section weighing 10 lbs! ! Steve has named all of our kids and his name was decided very quickly on Clint. For 4 years his sleeping has been....well let's just say thank God its get...ting better. He's one determined little guy that wants to know exactly how everything works. He's probably the only child this age when your making plans he needs to "check his work schedule ". Loves his cowboy boots and will not wear anything else even during the summer. ♡♡ seeing him growing up

Do you have a husband that likes to see "meat and potatoes " for dinner every night? And your trying to eliminate making multiple meals just to feed everyone?
This is a solution dinner》》 I can't get away with salmon too often and the meal still needs to have potatoes so it's coconut oil in a pan with regular potatoes for my husband and sweet potatoes for myself for homemade french fries. ... The kids love corn and salmon

Hey there!!It seems
like forever that I sat down and shared my life in a blog post!!Next week will be 90 days that we moved from
a 950 square home on a quarter lot to 2400 square home with 32 acres to have
room to raise our kids.Since moving our
family of 5 we added two horses, 10 chickens, 4 pigs, and two goats!!Oh and let’s not forget the one late night we
saw a snapping turtle (he hasn’t been back around).It’s been a total learning experience yes I
grew up on a 40 acre farm but we only ever had horses and a few barn cats. Since
moving the first night we brought our new horse home she got out and let’s just
say we met the neighbors in a hurry.
Weekends before we would just leave and find things to do elsewhere!Now instead waking up getting an early
morning run in and sitting down to write out a to-do list of projects I would
like to work on around the farm.In the
past 90 days we’ve had lots of company over and been able to share our home
with others.I love cooking and always
new each of those “kitchen” items would be used some day.In the kitchen the pantry has an entire
section to hold all these random treasures from odd size serving platters to fun
cloth napkins.
I’m not going to paint a picture that this wasn’t hard work
and a lot of family time was missed while my husband was working and I was home
with the kids in diapers.But creating
those memories now made all the sacrifices worth it.Most nights we load the family up in the
buggy take a family ride to feed the deer, check the fencing, check the
property, and just breath.The kids
might watch 30 minutes a day of TV rather Josie and Clint are out doors “digging”
up my flowers with the excavator and hauling it away with their toy dump
trucks.Growing up we didn’t even have
cable till I was in 7th grade and I bagged my parents to get it, I
would go to school and others would be talking about what they watched.Looking back I’m thankful for being able to
say “movie” night as a family of 5 was watched on a 13” TV rented from the
local store.I wonder what our kids will
grow up and remember from living on a farm.
Clint is the same age I was when we moved to the farm I grew
up on.One of my first memories was my
daddy riding his motorcycle up the back driveway and letting me ride in front
of him.
In the last 90 days there has been soooo many things that
needed replaced or fixed after the place being empty for 8 years from all new
plumbing in and outside of the home thankful that my husband is hands on, owns
an excavator, and my beachbody business.All new gutters, all the fields mowed, fencing fix, new electrical system
in the barn, barn scrapped and painted, stalls stained, new pipes in the barn,
issues with the well water, all in all each project and unexpected issue is
just part of moving to a place that hasn’t been maintained.The grass was soooo long and wasn’t mowed
once prior to us moving in June 1st this year.
For each project my little man is out there helping my
husband with whatever he is up to!!He
has so many ideas and I must add good ideas!!Clint is creating his own list of projects he wants to do on the
farm!!I can’t wait to see what the next
90 days brings!Perhaps a few more
animals!!Yes we are getting cows as
well!!Clint really would like a pet
turtle and talks about it every night at bed, so we will see!!This is our crazy life and I guess I’m the
zoo keeper!!

to my blog it’s a Sunny Sunday in Pa!!An odd time as a mother of three to have a home without little ones
needing a drink, help in the bathroom, or screaming because one took a toy the
other one was playing with.I paint a
picture of what 90% of my life as a mom of three looks like.I want others to see I’m just like you!!I started as a coach two years ago just

Two years ago I was not at my goal weight!!I was in the middle of changing how I was
eating and learning more about clean eating.It started with as a coach that wanted to inspire my family and let’s face it
coaching becomes the ultimate accountability!!
Sunday’s I know for a lot of woman can be hard, it’s time
their rushing around the house in order to be out of the home 40 plus hours a
week knowing their income might slowly go up at some point in time.OR to the stay at home mom just wanting a way
to earn income without having to put the kids in daycare to be able to work and
provide for the family. It's been such a blessing to show other coaches this is a real business and can truly work with their lifestyle.
My coaching business is just like any business I was just
running a few reports and checking where I was last July to where I am this
past July and noticed my income grew 500%!!My business mind was blown away!!I mean I still work this business the same amount of time 20 hours a
week!!In a traditional business in
order to grow your business 500% more than likely it means bigger risk, more
hours, more headaches and more time invested.
Recently Bill Gates was asked if he had to do it all over again what would he change? He would be involved in a network marketing business.
Yes income is a small part of why I wanted to build this business
the other part is what truly takes place off of social media and the impact you
can have on someone’s life.

Kicking lifelong habits that could age a person
Going after a position at work
Looking their best after having kids!
So what does it take?
Well here is the thing many start few stick with it!!You need the ability to see where you want to
be well let’s keep it simple you need to be a dreamer!!But dreaming isn’t enough to be a successful
coach you must be willing to work and apply the training that is offered.Yes I might be a coach that is signed up with
one of the top coaches in the network but that means nothing if I wasn’t
willing to work towards those dreams.Being teachable is key it’s totally normal to not have a clue where to
start but willing to learn!Willing to
step out of your comfort zone and understand those small choices made every day
will add up to something amazing over time.Willing to treat this business like you invest 100,000 not 40
bucks.And that pretty much sums it
up!!I will be mentoring 5 new coaches
in the month of September and showing them how to duplicate what I do, scripts
will be given, social media training, weekly team calls, and access to getting
in the best shape of your life from the inside out.

Since age five I always new God had big plans for my life. I struggled in school and having low confidence my best was never enough. From this I like to view the conversation as a pin pong game. Keep asking questions!! Because down the road when objections come up you can go back and pull info from the conversation that will help them to see why now it the time to invest in their health.
