The launch of the 21 day fix a year ago had an effect on beachbody like no other!!  It sold out more than twice, seeing results that at home fitness users had never seen before and of course the nutrition end of losing weight was nailed!!  I know personally after eating clean for me than a year when this program was released it was a big eye opener for portion control and also too much of one thing is not always the best (AKA I was eating too much fruit). Let's talk nutrition, while the 21 day fix allowed for wine and chocolate the 21 Day fix extreme does not.  It is 100% clean eating for these 21 days.  You do have the option to eat out at restaurants but you still have to follow the nutritional guidelines laid out.  Just think about it this way!  You can do anything you put your mind to for 21 days.  You will get the 21 day fix portion controlled containers with your program

  • You do 1 30 minute workout each day.
  • You do not need a lot of space to do this workout.  A 6 square foot area is all that you need.
  • What type of shoes do you need?  Cross Trainers or aerobic shoes are necessary.

Plyo Fix
Extreme

An explosive lower-body workout that uses jumping and resistance
