Juicy Crab Cakes

Juicy Crab Cakes
When making good crab cakes it a must to start with good meat.  This is not a recipe I make often rather for special occasions.  My husband loves crab cakes but is always disappointed when you we go out to eat and you can't even find the crab meat in the crab cake.  But with eating clean I took a regular recipe and made it healthier my husband can not even tell the difference.

Ingredients:
1 lbs. of Boss crab meat
1/2 cup of oatmeal (place in food processor and blend for 30 seconds)
3 egg white
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of curry
1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into 6 round crab cakes.  If they seem to dry add a small amount of yogurt of if they seem a bit sticky add a small amount of oatmeal in.  Place in a nonstick pan on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.  Serve with a side of steamed broccoli.
