Creamy Lemon Garlic Dressing
So I'm really not one of those people that likes dressings I know that is odd but true. So when I started the Ulitimate Reset and wanting to stick to the program I made this dressing and could not believe how much flavor it had and for sure felt like wanting to lick the bowl when I was done with my salad.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp unfiltered honey
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend on medium high for 30 seconds or until well mixed. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. I personal like the Pampered Chef mixed vs. putting it in the blender either way works. If dressing solidifies when cold, let sit at room temperature until liquid. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
