This recipe was made a day I was not prepared with what to have for dinner. I had these 5 items in the fridge and put them together to make a wrap with a ton of flavor.
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat wrap
1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
1/4 cup of avocado's
1/4 of broccoli slaw
1/2 cup of quinoa (prepared on box)
Place all ingredients in the middle of the shell and roll making sure to tuck and roll together. Take you Panini press or none stick pan place 1 teaspoon of olive oil in pan. Heat to medium temp and place wrap on heated surface. Cook longer if you want more of a crunch.
